A CRA Licensed Structural Collision Repairer, we are approved by all major insurance companies and our work comes with CRA approved guarantee.
- Understand the insurance companyprocess for preparing and painting vehicles
- Be able to follow the instructions on the job card
- Check the vehicle before commencing work for any additional painting required, take images and report to supervisor
- Check paint codes/colours and volumes required before commencing.
- Prepare vehicles for painting with the correcttools and equipment and follow company procedures
- Be able to mix paint to manufactures instructions
- Know how to do a pre paint inspection to make sure prep and masking is correct to eliminate rework.
- Carry out painting using BTP (best trade practises) and manufacturers specs
- Examine finished vehicle and check for defects, unmask and clean up as required before refit.
- Comply and understand our Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Work as part of team

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Spray Painting
- A reliable and active team player
- The desire to upskill and become apart of the Fleet Image Family.

**Fleet Image offer**
- Hourly rate on offer forSpray Painters - $28 - $33 per hour depending on skill level
- Full time, permanent role with a minimum of 40 hours per week and the opportunity for overtime
- Work in great facilitieswith ongoing training available
