**THE OPPORTUNITY**:As a Senior Digital Campaign Manager - Paid Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of multi-channel digital campaigns, from strategy to execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll manage campaigns that deliver measurable results, optimise performance, and align with business objectives.

**HOW YOU’LL DO IT**:
**Campaign Management**:Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social media, video, and display advertising.

**Performance Analysis & Optimization**:Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to monitor and analyse campaign performance. Identifying areas for improvement and act on them to enhance results.

**Budget Management**:Allocate and manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient and meet financial targets.

**Reporting & Insights**:Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership, showcasing the impact of digital campaigns on business growth.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work with product, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives and branding guidelines.

**Trend Analysis & Innovation**:Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- A tertiary qualification in marketing or relevant field is nice to have, but not essential.
- 3+ years’ experience specialising in paid media campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients in agency, internal, or consulting settings.
- Success in creating and executing paid media strategies for diverse industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong copywriting skills tailored to deliver clear, user-focused reporting.
- Technical expertise to leverage software for automation and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for paid media and a desire to mentor and develop team members.
