**What will you be doing?**

Supporting the Marketing team to drive business revenue growth, awareness and consideration through the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and end-to-end management of all marketing campaigns to deliver brand, marketing, and sales outcomes.
- Support the Marketing Manager throughout the product development process including idea generation, market research and analysis to identify new products that will drive business revenue growth.
- Work closely with agency partners to develop marketing content to support the social and digital marketing strategies.
- Provide post evaluation of marketing campaigns on a measure/learn/refine basis to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
- Work alongside the digital team to support the customer journey with the development of lead generation campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- A detail oriented campaign manager, with 3+ years experience and proven success delivering marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with creative and/or media agencies.
- Ability to multi-task and work flexibly and pro-actively within a small team
- A detailed planner who can create project plans and deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
- A clear communicator and confident presenter
- Skilled at MS Office suite
