**He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi**| About the role**:
Business Support is an integral part of our operations, providing essential administrative and management support to a range of leaders and operational staff across the business. In this busy and challenging role, you will:

- Manage administrative tasks, travel bookings and support training operations
- Monitor and update various KR systems to ensure compliance across staff are upheld
- Provide finance support, raise purchase orders and manage invoicing
- Present regular reports on compliance training and other requests as required
- Deliver local site inductions to visitors and maintain accident and incident reporting
- Attend and administer a variety of meetings

**Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou**|**What (skills) you will bring**:

- 3 to 5 years’ experience in administrative roles ro business support
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar system
- Strong Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
