**About the position**

At **Unichem Upper Hutt Pharmacy **we are a busy community pharmacy, with a large dispensary made up of 15 staff, and we dispense approximately 400 scripts per day.

We pride ourselves in the Green Cross Health Values - caring for our community, working together, looking after each other and doing the right thing. Your role would entail a variety of work and would be great for an experience technician or a tech looking to learn and grow in skills and knowledge.

You will be contributing to the day to day operations of the dispensary and will be assisting with OTC prescriptions, community packed patients, and medico packing. If you're the right person with a real drive shown for wanting to learn and grow a professional career in the health industry this could be the role for you. This position will take someone with a real drive to excel.

**This is a Permanent Full Time position, working 40 hours per week across 5 days from Monday to Sunday.**

**Do you have what we are looking for?**
- Pharmacy Technician qualification or enrolled as a trainee technician
- Have Pharmacy retail experience or other excellent retail sales experience.
- Consistently accurate and a quick learner.
- Be passionate about Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport with customers and team members.
- A physically fit person who is confident, friendly and approachable.
- Stable work life balance with an excellent work ethic.
