**About the role**

As an experienced leader your role will be to supervise and lead your team to optimise and continue the smooth running of the plant and equipment in order to achieve the required performance and quality outcomes of our operations.

This role will see you providing daily supervision and leadership to the electrical maintenance team, you will be supporting your team with ongoing plant and process improvements. Strong leadership skills are a must

**About you**

You will need to be a motivated and organised individual who enjoys working for a forward-thinking organisation. With a commitment to meeting targets, high quality standards and safe work practices.

**Skills you will need**:

- A relevant electrical qualification
- Front line supervision and experience in leading a team
- Knowledge of SAP maintenance systems, shut management and planning skills will be look upon favorably
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Be a team player with effective communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure
