Based on your expertise, your role will involve either operating slitting and folding machinery or supporting the leading operator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general machine operating duties and maintain tidy workspaces.
- Take charge of slitting and folding operations.
- Utilize measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Strictly adhere to work health and safety policies and procedures.
- Complete any other duties as directed by management.

**To be Successful, You MUST Have**:

- Previous experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment, particularly in steel roofing manufacturing, such as flashings.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality output with precision.
- A solid understanding of compliance with WHS requirements.
- Ability to handle manual lifting and physical tasks.
- Excellent time management skills, honesty, and punctuality.
- Forklift license (preferred).
