Arrow Uniforms is on the lookout for an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team on a full-time basis in our brand-new, purpose-built offices in Silverstream.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Operate embroidery machinery to create unique embroidery designs on garments.
- Complete orders in a timely and accurate manner to achieve completion deadlines.
- Ensure client's orders are readied, framed and packaged before the date of delivery.
- Manage inventory, maintained stocks of needles, threads, beads and other embroidery materials as required for completion of client orders.
- Set up the configuration for machines.
- Set up the coloured threads in appropriate sequence, required to produce the desired client print.
- Hoop garment and fabric/backings accurately.
- Select the correct type and colour of threads/needles/materials.
- Tidy up any loose stitching and trim interfacings prior to labelling and packaging completed goods for distribution.

**About you**
- A dynamic self-starter that can hit the ground running
- Experience with embroidery machines
- An eye for detail and colour
- Basic Computer literacy
- Full-time availability for 42.5-45 hours per week.
- Standard 8am to 5pm work day available, or set your own within a 5am to 8pm range
- Experience in garment manufacturing or sewing is a plus.
