We are now seeking a Graduate Architectural Draftsperson to join our technical team

The Role

FMI is looking for a graduate architectural draftsperson to promote FMI products to specifiers and increase market confidence and share. You will be our go to person with a sound knowledge of all FMI products.

You will be liaising with external engineers and architects on exciting projects, assisting with compliance documentation, preparing CAD installation projects, general calculations using X1 and C’ Beam and much more

This role is not for the faint of heart but you will learn every aspect of FMI under the sun.

As one of our brands to market, you will be working with Fairview windows and doors, the original brand at FMI Building Innovation. We are proud of this brand and how it has allowed us to evolve to where we are today.

What we need

We need someone who is ready to take on this role and make it your own.

We need someone who can create detailing and draughting with AutoCAD, have experience with X1 and C’Beam, and would be advantageous to the role if you have knowledge of glass and glazing standards and can adhere to a deadline.

In this role no two days will be the same, you will be working in a close-knit team where its encouraged to speak your mind, to constantly be looking for new ways to improve processes, also.Free parking
