The Special Care Baby Unit at North Shore Hospital are an innovative service at the forefront of neonatal care. **About the Role**

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in SCBU, working both independently and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to promote health, prevent disease, and to diagnose, assess and manage the health needs of neonates and their whānau. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-value clinical care is paramount, as well as utilising your advanced skills & knowledge to provide invaluable team support and demonstrate neonatal leadership.

**About Us**

**About you**

To be considered for this role, you will have the following qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RGON, RCpN, RPN, BHSc) with current New Zealand annual practicing certificate
- Masters in Nursing with advanced assessment diagnostic reasoning skills papers including prescribing practicum
- Nurse Practitioner as approved by the Nursing Council of New Zealand
