As a Sales Associate, you will represent our store, interact with customers, and provide an excellent shopping experience. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Proactively welcoming customers, providing friendly and professional service, and addressing their questions and needs.
- Understanding product features, styles, and sizes to offer correct advice to customers.
- Assisting customers in selecting suitable products, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Maintaining store displays and cleanliness, ensuring orderly product placement.
- Recording sales and inventory, assisting in managing stock levels.
- Handling return and exchange transactions and providing after-sales support.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for Sales Associates with the following qualifications and skills:

- Strong interest in fashion and footwear products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing positive relationships with various customers.
- Proactive and positive, possessing sales skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently after training and manage the store.
- Able to work during busy shopping seasons with flexible work hours.
- Basic cashiering skills; experience with POS systems is a plus.
