Join our fantastic team in Auckland, Albany.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contract Manager position. In this role, you will lead the Dispatch and Technical Response functions within the Reactive Services Business unit, ensuring all works are managed effectively to achieve optimal financial and performance outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team on a 7-day, 24-hour roster to manage the reactive response to network events and network interactions for other reactive services team members.
- Financial ownership of the delivery of the reactive cap, Exceptional Maintenance and Storm response.
- Ensuring:

- EV forecasting is completed in line with company timelines.
- Variations are captured, submitted, and authorised by the client in a timely manner.
- Omexom NZ and customer systems are updated as required
- Invoicing is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining talented employees to build resilience across the Business Unit.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Provide effective communication and regular reporting to all parties involved in the contract
- Ensure Compliance with the terms of the Contract
- Actively seek out new innovations and technology to enhance our business
- Drive value and continuous improvement within an agreed contractual framework
- Benchmarking performance and KPIs with executing work, and taking corrective action as required
- Ensuring business unit resources, i.e., people, vehicles and equipment are being effectively managed and scheduled to maximise utilisation and minimise waste (i.e., downtime).
- Ensuring allocated area of the business is working cooperatively with other areas of the business unit and Omexom to achieve the best outcomes for Omexom.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
- Proven track record in managing large, complex teams in dynamic technical settings.
- Strong leadership in complex environments, focusing on team motivation and high performance.
- Excellent at building productive relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Exceptional analytical abilities.
- Strong financial and commercial insight.
- Experience in high-volume transactional environments.
- Knowledgeable about relevant employment laws.
