Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne. We serve a population of approximately 259,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plenty's largest employers with over 4000 staff.
**He kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**
Tauranga Hospital are looking for experienced and dedicated Registered Midwives to work as Clinical Coordinator's in our Maternity Unit.
We have permanent 0.7 FTE part time positions available, working up to 56 hours per fortnight. You will work alongside a team of coordinators and provide support and guidance to our team of midwives and nurses.
The maternity team is a close and supportive team who aim to provide excellent clinical care and a cheerful and nurturing environment for mothers and their babies. The position requires you to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays to ensure that leadership is always maintained across the unit.
