At Z we love to develop and grow our people. As the result of an internal movement, we have an opening for a Kairuruku Kawenga Arumoni Commercial Operations Coordinator to join the Z whānau in a permanent role.

Our Commercial Operations team is all about delivering what matters to our business customers - providing them with what they need, when they need it to ensure their businesses run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role you’ll work alongside our Account Managers and play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional operations and service experience. In this busy, varied role you’ll be involved at every stage of the customer lifecycle - from prospecting and proposals, to contracts, onboarding and everything beyond.

- Partner with our Account Managers to ensure we meet standards of care
- Closely manage and swiftly resolve customer queries and issues
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and satisfaction through continuous improvement of our service levels
- Work across our business connecting with a wide range of people at multiple levels
- Use your initiative, knowledge and good judgment to make decisions on what needs to be done
- Work in a close-knit team that are passionate about doing the best for our customers

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- Ambition, plenty of initiative and get-up-and-go
- Previous customer support experience, ideally 3+ years in a complex commercial environment
- The ability and desire to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
- A customer centric approach to your work and the ability to work within and improve existing processes as well as finding solutions to problems
- Good judgement on priorities and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The base salary range for this role is $77,350 to $87,000 per annum, plus 10% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
