**About the role**:
Our **Trade Specialists** are local experts, providing a truly local focus, for the local market with a level of expertise across passenger, commercial and industrial parts supply that cannot be surpassed.

**Duties include**:

- Provide technical support to our trade customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge

- Build effective customer relationships
- Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
- Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
- Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
- Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
- Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
- Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
- Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
- Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
- Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested
- Contribute to a **culture of safety** by putting **safety first**, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home.
