Mēnā e tautoko ana i tēnei tirohanga whānui, e hiahia ana te noho ki tētahi rōpū aweawe tēnā whakapā mai ki a mātou’.

Pinnacle has made an explicit commitment to Māori and our communities to improve equity of health and wellbeing, in accordance with Te Tiriti o Waitangi. This comprehensive care in the community nursing role will support our Extended Care team to address ongoing inequities in health, ensuring wellbeing needs are met across our communities. **Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou: What we offer**
- An opportunity to join a highly skilled team that passionately pursues our purpose of making it easier for people to stay healthy - through general practice, but also through our smoking cessation, screening, mobile immunisation, before school check, extended care and school-based health services.
- An organisation which strives to uphold the principles of partnership, participation and protection underpinned by Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- An environment which encourages a happy, healthy and balanced workforce through flexible workplace offerings and additional gifted leave.
- A commitment to your health and wellbeing with an offer of medical insurance, EAP services, and free flu vaccinations.

**Mō tō mātou rōpū: About the team**

Pinnacle Midlands Health Network is the engine room for Pinnacle Incorporated, supporting all day-to-day activity that takes place in general practice and wider community settings. But we don’t stop there. We know a strong health system centres around high quality primary care and community services that are continually developing and evolving to meet local need. We play our part by ensuring the right resources and capacity are in place so our patients and network of over 85 practices can thrive.

We’re not a typical Primary Health Organisation. We exist to make it easier for people to stay healthy, and you can see this in the work we do to simplify access to primary healthcare and address equity barriers. Guided by a shift towards proactive care and with a focus on wellness, we think outside the box and we’re not afraid to innovate in our space What we do each day is more than just a job, and that creates an energy which is contagious. We’ve created an incredible working environment full of experienced and engaged people, and we’re looking for our next employee to join us.
