We are looking for great Palliative Nurse for our client based Taupo/Turangi.

They are a much loved and well supported registered charity providing community-based specialist palliative care in the Taupō and Turangi districts.

**About the role**
- This role is 0.8 FTE with an opportunity for full time.
- Shared oncall for weekends and nights (rotates between 3.5 x RN's)
- Normal hours are Mon
- Fri day time hours + oncall
- Shifts determined in conjunction with CNM
- Facilitate and provide community based holistic clinical care and psychosocial support to patients and their families and whānau in the Taupō and Turangi area
- Manage patient symptoms, provide end of life care as well as advocate and liaise with GP’s and other relevant agencies to facilitate patient care
- Remuneration is linked to PDRP level and years of experience.

**You will need**:

- NZ Nursing registration and APC
- Palliative care experience and post graduate qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy with documentation
- The ability to work well in a team and also independently
- Passion for what you do
