**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Product Designer with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences to take the reins of our digital product portfolio. This is a role where you can have a big impact across lots of different solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaboratively establish objectives, user pathways, and structural frameworks.
- Conduct research and analysis to pinpoint user requirements and challenges, contributing to the strategic trajectory of projects.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs using tools like Figma.
- Establish and sustain design systems to ensure uniformity and effectiveness across projects.
- Execute usability tests and gather insights to refine and enhance designs iteratively.
- Articulate design concepts and rationales adeptly to internal teams and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design, supported by a compelling portfolio or demonstratable history of work.
- Take initiative as a self starter, you don’t need a green light to start the race.
- Familiarity with diverse project environments, encompassing both B2B and B2C sectors, showcasing versatility across varied business landscapes.
- Track record owning, maintaining and expanding on a design system, managed through a tool like Figma.
- Solid grasp of usability principles and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and visual channels, to effectively convey design concepts and presentations.
- From time to time travel to clients' locations to conduct interviews or product demonstrations.
- Contribute and possibly lead ideation workshops utilising frameworks/processes such as design thinking and design sprints.
