This is an exciting opportunity to join our Radiology department at Nelson Hospital. Shifts are on a 24/7 rotating roster Monday - Sunday, with no one working alone at one time. Our team provides a comprehensive diagnostic radiology service including: General Radiography, MRI, CT Scanning, Ultrasound, Cardiac Catheterisation and Angiography.
We have full-time positions available, working 80 hours a fortnight (1 FTE) and part-time 0.9FTE roles available, working 72 hours a fortnight. Please indicate in your cover letter which role you are interested in.
The
full-time equivalent salary range for this position is $57,565 - $86,128 based on the NZ
APEX MECA, dependent on skills, experience, and
registration in NZ.

You will be registered with the NZMRT Board, hold a current APC, and you'll be a positive and friendly team player, with a sense of humour.

**To succeed in this role you will have**:

- A sound knowledge of diagnostic radiography
- Great communication skills and empathy
- The passion to deliver high-quality healthcare
- The flexibility to work within a Monday-Sunday rotating roster. Interventional/Cath Lab experience is an advantage but not essential.

You are required to provide proof that you have
completed your primary course of NZ approved Covid-19 vaccinations.
