**Alarm Service Supervisor - New Plymouth**

We’re looking for an **Alarm Service Supervisor** to lead our Alarm Service team. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within specification, and to the highest industry standards. You’ll oversee staff, resources, and materials to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and departmental success.

**What You’ll Do**

- Ensure all work meets legal, technical, and quality standards while maximizing efficiency and profitability

- Regularly review staff performance and implement programs to enhance effectiveness and safety

- Promote Wormald products and services, pursue new clients, and maintain strong customer relationships

- Manage workload, dispatch resources, and monitor tools and equipment usage

- Ensure staff have the right tools, PPE, and safe working conditions

- Handle invoicing, estimates, and job variations promptly

**What We’re Looking For**

- Proven experience managing or leading a team

- Background in the fire alarm or electrical industry

- NZ residency/citizenship or valid work visa

- Strong computer skills and full NZ driver’s license

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
