**What does this look like?**

As a key member, you will lead a small, dedicated team of graduate architects and technicians, utilizing Revit software to deliver top-notch residential architectural solutions. Your primary responsibilities will be to lead the handling of technical aspects, such as the creation of detailed construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes. With your expertise, you'll play a crucial role in executing residential renovation projects on time, within budget, and with uncompromising quality.

**What will you bring?**
- Extensive experience as an Architectural Technician, preferably with a focus on residential projects and renovations, or EQC works.
- Proficiency in using Revit software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Proven track record of producing accurate and detailed construction drawings and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to find practical solutions to technical challenges.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction documentation.
