**About us**
At RV Super Centre, we provide exceptional accessories and experiences for RV, camping, and outdoor enthusiasts. We're a part of Tourism Holdings Limited (thl), New Zealand's premium tourism company, and we're looking for a dynamic, retail salesperson to join our team

**About the Role**: This is a full-time permanent role, with at least 40 hours per week to be worked from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. As our Retail Storesperson, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out retail inwards/outwards activities to increase sales of RV Super Centre merchandise. You will ensure excellent customer service and work closely with various teams, including the Store Manager, National Operations Manager, Retail Crew, Vehicle Sales Crew, and Service & Workshop Crew.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all inbound and outbound stock and orders
- Load and unload vans/trucks/containers following all H&S guidelines
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders, meeting critical deadlines
- Check and label all freight for distribution
- Participate in customer investigations with an urgent and solution-focused manner
- Transfer stock efficiently between departments and locations
- Organize returns and participate in solutions for warranty claims
- Maintain a tidy and logical back-of-house operation
- Restock shelves daily, ensuring product meets visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensure stock is ticketed and priced correctly when merchandising
- Complete all start-of-day and end-of-day processes on time
- Operate computerized tills and barcode readers to scan items
- Participate in all aspects of stock takes and stock investigations
- Assist at off-site trade shows and expos organized by Management
- Actively participate in training to become an expert on all RVSC's products and systems
- Drive a forklift (training/licensing can be provided)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse stock control, including picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in using computers, including Excel/Word
- A positive, energetic team player with a great sense of humour
