Job Overview: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales for both retail and entertainment experiences. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing and fostering brand awareness across both retail and entertainment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and Leasing JNJ Properties
- Develop and Implement marketing strategies for the Skyworld Building
- Manage leasing activities including tenant relations and contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the Sky world Building
- Develop marketing plans for retail and entertainment offerings.
- Build partnerships and manage cross-promotions.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies based on performance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
