Aurecon is an Engineering and Advisory Consultancy with 850 employees in New Zealand. Our Buildings Service Group is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join us as we deliver back to our communities. We pride ourselves on excellence and pursue complex project. Some of our current projects include;
- Healthcare
- Data Centres
- Retail
- Community Based Projects

There are currently 86 of us, nationally banding together to deliver to the above projects. We are a strong team that; collaborate, communicate and celebrate our wins

We are looking for a like-minded team player to work with us on our projects to deliver tangible assets back to Aotearoa.

About the role:
As a Senior Structural Engineer you will be challenged by large and complex projects, supported by driven leaders and encouraged to work on your personal and professional goals.

We know the work we do is vital to Aotearoa’s economic development and it’s the technical expertise that helps us “bring ideas to life”.

In this role, you will;
- Be a part of a successful multi-display) team that delivers large-scale projects on time and budget
- Built strong relationships (clients and internally), pushing forward the boundaries of what is possible
- Collaborate with colleagues internationally, as we work with people across ANZ and Asia to solve our client’s problems

What can you bring to the team?
- At least 6+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer in a consulting environment
- Experience leading projects, or the desire to do this
- Proven ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment and have a flexible approach to work
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong design capabilities and the desire to support the wider team
