We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Auckland team. **About the role**

As an experienced Structural Engineer, you will manage and lead the delivery of projects, as well as provide specialised technical expertise on complex designs. Working closely with our established clients, managing our growing key clients in the region, ensuring we deliver cost effective and high-quality design.
- Preparation of proposals and monitoring progress through to delivery and invoicing
- Manage all size projects, including cost estimates, writing fees, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling, meeting deadlines and budgets
- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients, stakeholders, suppliers and contractors, and internal teams
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of overall company strategies

**About you**
- Qualified with a BEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering, or equivalent
- CPEng qualified would be an advantage
- Professional engineering experience in NZ, with proven seismic experience to NZ codes and strong technical knowledge
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and local councils as well as lead and contribute to project delivery
- A natural organiser with a high attention to detail, you will be adept at managing your time to deliver client projects on time and within budget
- Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people
- Understand risk, be commercially astute and place a high regard on client satisfaction
