**Job Title**: EDA Group Digital Marketing Manager

**Job Purpose**:The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of the strategic marketing plan for the business in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The Digital Marketing Manager uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. The Digital Marketing Manager will focus their energies solely on our digital channels and ensure that they are all performing in a efficient and effective manner

**Reports to**: EDA Group Director of Sales and Marketing

**Manages**: N/A

**Works with**: Sales and Marketing Team, Group Operations Director, Regional Planning Managers (Americas; Asia; Australasia); (Operations team)

**Delegations**: Social Media Strategy Implementation, SEO Optimisation, Product Research and Development, Market Research, Website Optimisation, Collateral Production, Digital Lead Generation Development

**Measures**: Number of Opportunities, Cost per Opportunity, Traffic

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

**Health and Safety**
- Ensure all student facing pre-departure documents (eg Packlists) are up to date, accurate and fit for purpose
- Ensure all student facing documents are accurate before publishing
- Oversee and ensure that the marketing team fulfill all H&S program requirements.

**Marketing**
- Support the development and maintenance of the marketing plan to achieve business and strategic objectives from a digital point of view
- Implement the agreed social media strategy
- Support the creation and maintenance of all marketing content and collateral as directed
- Contribute to the planning, developing and organising of advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
- Proactively improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Focus on market research efforts to both guide future planning, and maintain viability of existing products
- Advise on development of pricing, product and budgets or target strategies
- Clearly articulate the ideal customer persona and target markets
- Support the management and development of our testimonial, reviews (internal and external) and alumni success stories resources
- Overall responsibility for channel research, identification, selection and management e.g. Adwords, 3rd parties, social media, publications, lists et al
- Oversee the improvement of lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Clearly articulate the ideal customer persona and target markets
- Constantly improve the organisation's lead to opportunity and opportunity to sales metrics.
