**The role**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Connections Support Administrator. This role assists with the ICP (Installation Control Point) creation process for our customers and contractors while ensuring we maintain an excellent standard of regulatory compliance. What’s more exciting about this role, is the support that is provided to the wider group, so collaboration is key.
**A little more about the role**:
- Ensure the ICP process for all connections on our network is completed at every stage of the ICP life-cycle
- Maintain excellent levels of regulatory compliance relating to the Electricity Authority - Code of Compliance
- Deliver a high-class of connection support to all customers
- Engage with our contractors and retailers in the final step of the connection process
- Assist with any arising Installation Control Point issues
- Carry out other administrative tasks and functions to further support the wider team
**A little more about you**:
- Experience in a similar role or environment is an advantage, but not critical to being successful in this role
- Your communication and customer service focus are key for this role. It’s how you do things that is important to us
- Knowledge of electricity networks including industry partners and entities is an advantage
- An understanding of the NZ Regulatory environment in particular the Electricity Authority - Code of Compliance is preferred
- Natural ability and desire to learn new things and constantly seek improvement to what we do
