At CountdownX we’ve just completed a large scale operating model review as we accelerate our ambition to create highly personalised, seamless and connected experiences for our customers. Within this context, we’re looking for a Loyalty Partnerships Manager to join our Loyalty Chapter team here in Aotearoa.

Our new Loyalty Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in the evolution of our Onecard Customer Value Proposition through discovery, selection and negotiation of new strategic partnership opportunities utilising considerable commercial acumen and highly developed relationship management. You will work closely with the Loyalty Chapter Squads, Legal and Strategy teams to lead out on the exploration of opportunities with partner organisations.

This is a pivotal role to truly enable the evolution of our Loyalty program in the New Zealand market.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
- Work with leaders to help with the development of partnership strategy & roadmap for Countdown’s loyalty programme.
- Develop and design a partnership selection criteria alongside the strategy team.
- Manage relationships & queries from external organisations seeking to partner with Countdown.
- Budgeting and financial scoping for individual partnership relationships & projects.
- Lead negotiation with and onboarding of any new partners
- Shaping and executing strategic & governance documentation including monthly business performance pack and quarterly leadership presentations
- Construction of appropriate reporting dashboards
- Build senior stakeholder relationships, aligning on objectives & ensuring transparency of direction, performance, trade-offs and key decisions
- Advocate for Countdown’s loyalty programme with stakeholders and the broader business.

**About You | Mōu**

To succeed in this role you will ideally have previous experience working with loyalty programmes. Strong client relationship management experience with be key as will a demonstrable depth of experience in negotiating commercial agreements..

Some experience working within a regulated background where privacy and confidentiality are paramount would be advantageous.
