**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team based at Middlemore Hospital. This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with roster co-ordination across the Division of Medicine for Senior Medical Officers (SMO).
- Processing of all SMO leave requests, Work Related (WRE) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) expense claims for the division.
- Assist in managing unplanned leave cover for SMO’s.
- Support the recruitment of SMO’s by co-ordinating the orientation of new staff in conjunction with the service, inclusive of Information Systems training, clinic set ups and pagers.
**About you**:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum 3 years working in health sector
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in writing rosters in the health sector
- Experience in working with Collective Employment Agreements
- Sound data management skills including data entry, interpretation and analysis
- An ability to work across a diverse range of people including health professionals
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised with proven organisational and time management skills

- The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective Agreement._
