**Position**: Horticulture Leading Hand**:

**Pay Rate**: $32 - $38 per hour
**Hours**: 30 - 40 hours per week

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience or Level 4 or higher qualification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead small teams in orchard tasks
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress
- Train new workers on horticultural techniques and safety protocols
- Ensure work is completed to quality and productivity standards
- Maintain tools and ensure safe usage
- Monitor worker attendance and performance
- Report operational issues to supervisors or managers
- Support health and safety compliance across orchard sites
- Assist with seasonal planning and resource coordination

**Position**: Operations Manager**:
**Number of Positions**: 1
**Location**: Tauranga, Bay of Plenty
**Pay Rate**: $38 - $45 per hour
**Hours**: 30 - 40 hours per week

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience or Level 4 or higher qualification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations across multiple orchard sites
- Develop and implement seasonal work plans and schedules
- Supervise team leaders and field staff
- Monitor orchard performance and ensure quality standards
- Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare operational reports for company directors
- Coordinate training and development for staff

**Position**: Plant Machinery Operator**:
**Number of Positions**: 2
**Location**: Tauranga, Bay of Plenty
**Pay Rate**: $30 - $35 per hour
**Hours**: 30 - 40 hours per week

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience or Level 4 qualification
- AND Valid driver’s license (Class 1) New Zealand or International

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate tractors, sprayers, mulchers, and mowers in orchard blocks
- Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance
- Transport bins and equipment across orchard sites
- Follow GPS and mapping systems for precision tasks
- Maintain spray logs and machinery usage records
- Report faults or hazards to management
- Assist with irrigation and mowing tasks
- Ensure safe operation in all weather and terrain conditions.
