**About the Role**

The Implementation Coordinator is a liason between the Emydex Project team and frontline users of the Emydex system on site. The role will ensure there is consistency and alignment across multiple deployments, that the users are ready to adopt the new Emydex processes and that the transition from programme to business is managed.

Working with the wider programme team, the Implementation Coordinator will build the capability of users, super users, site-based trainers and ensure effective support structures are in place for the long-term sustainability of the system in business as usual. This role will continue to evolve as the project develops and we are looking for someone who can be flexible and willing to adjust their duties as needed.

The Implementation Coordinator will be required to travel to each of our sites and stay with them for a period of time to support users through the testing, implementation and support phases.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work with system users to support adoption of Emydex system and related processes; and provide operational support during the transition phase
- Support change management principles to ensure users are assisted to adopt the change
- Assist plant and project team members in creating related project documentation such as transition plans, implementation plans and support plans
- Work with the Change Facilitator to ensure consistency of messaging and that communication is relatable for end users.
- Work with the project training practice to design training materials and deliver training

**About You**
- Knowledge of Silver Fern Farms’ processes and core business goals
- Experience working at a multi species site would be advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of systems testing and training
- Ability to take ownership of issues and work collaboratively towards a solution
- Excellent communication skills to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date on project progress at all times
