**Job Description**:
The Account Manager will be aware of the competitive and customer-oriented nature of the work to be undertaken and will appreciate the necessity for maintaining and improving upon Torpedo7's market position.

The Company will support and train the Account Manager to be able to achieve targets and in return, the Account Manager will provide excellent customer service to all internal and external relationships by addressing all enquiries, supplying the correct information, accurately process sales orders and portray a professional image at all times. Manage accurate quotations, invoicing and after sales support to ensure client and contract standards are delivered to a high standard. Problem solving and having a solution approach to ensure satisfaction as well as openness to continuously learn and improve product knowledge

This role will be based at our Collins Road office in Hamilton and is Fixed Term for 12 months.
