**This role**:
The Solutions Management Team Lead role will play an essential role in establishing and building out Partly's Marketplace vertical. You will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial success of the enterprise proposition and go-to-market strategy.

With a global remit, you will support Partly's expansion, working cross-functionally with our Sales, Customer Success, Data, Product and Engineering teams. Initially, you will be hands-on in all areas of the business and eventually build out a team to support us as we grow.

You will report to Tony Austin (Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer).

**What will you do**:

- ** Build deep expertise in marketplaces and complex automotive enterprises**. You will develop a deeper understanding of how our customers operate than they have. You will look forward to the insights, allowing you to determine the features that customers don’t yet know they need.
- ** Develop & launch the Enterprise proposition**. You will own the enterprise vertical P&L, determine which customers and countries to prioritise, and ensure the proper focus, resources and support exist to deliver the commercial targets. You will be data-driven and mine data for your own supporting insight.
- ** Build out the Enterprise roadmap**. You will translate the marketplace expertise and proposition into an internal roadmap balanced for short-term priorities and long-term vision. You’ll build the cases for additional internal resources, external partnerships and mechanisms to identify pivots or issues early.
- ** Implement new integrations**. You will project manage end-to-end integrations, including technical design, customer interaction, customer success metrics etc. You will draw in and lead support from horizontal teams (e.g. Engineering) when required.
- ** Manage key relationships**. You will set the business review cadence with key global marketplaces, building trust and confidence in Partly while seeking new opportunities to grow business and strategic integration.
- ** Proxy leadership**. Working closely with the Chief Strategy officer, you’ll work in tandem on the holistic strategy and represent the business strategically for marketplaces in external senior leadership interactions when required.

**Your skills**:

- ** You have deep Product/Program/Business Management experience**. You'll have 5+ years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of marketplace dynamics.
- ** You excel working cross-functionally**. As a strong team player, you can influence, work cross-functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in highly collaborative and fast-paced environments, including working with technical Engineering and Product teams.
- ** You have strong business acumen and project management experience** with proven success managing complex, technical and multi-faceted products/programs.
- ** You ruthlessly prioritise, balancing short and long-term investments**. You're adept at making resource allocation decisions and tradeoffs to make the appropriate long-term strategic investments while maintaining the short-term delivery of results.
- ** You are ambitious and adaptable**. Your career path demonstrates increasing responsibility and proven success in delivering measurable results. You love taking on challenging problems and have the analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to find creative ways to optimise performa
