Reliant Solutions is looking for a skilled
Project Manager
to lead an upcoming major project in Christchurch. As our Construction Project Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of a major project in Christchurch - from planning to procurement to health, safety and environmental compliance, quality assurance, and financial management. You'll coordinate resources, drive best practice, and manage subcontractors, taking full ownership of project outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

·      Deliver the project safely, on time, and within budget.

·      Lead construction, scheduling, cost control, quality, and environmental management.

·      Maintain strong client relationships and represent Reliant Solutions with professionalism.

·      Oversee subcontractor selection, procurement, and contract management.

·      Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, permits, and HSEQ requirements.

·      Manage risk, project financials, progress reporting, and performance reviews.

·      Mentor and support key delivery personnel to create a high-performance team culture.

·      Provide leadership in industrial relations and stakeholder engagement.

·      Prepare and implement Project Planning, Safety, and Environmental Management Plans.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated leadership in Construction, 3 Waters, or Civil works.
  • Absolute commitment to health and safety as your top priority.
  • At least 5 years' construction experience, including 2+ as a Project Manager.
  • Strong communication - confident presenting, reporting, and negotiating.
  • Financial know-how and attention to detail.
