We have an exciting opportunity for a Security Development Specialist to join our Information Security team

In this role, you will be responsible, on behalf of the Information Security Manager, to deliver strategic outcomes for AT's Security Operation Centre (SOC). You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the programme end to end. This means establishing and operationalising multiple management plans & governance arrangements.

You will lead a cross-functional Team of Operational, Cloud, Application, Desktop, and SOC engineers from across Business Technology that contribute to the successful management and delivery of the Cyber Security Programme of work. You will establish & execute a robust pipeline management plan, where the programme is delivered within delegated financial authority, within the approved financial year alongside a benefits management plan that clearly identifies and realise intended benefits.

Technically savvy with relevant tertiary qualification in Project management, IT or relevant work experience, you will have significant experience in programme / project management including significant years' experience in roles working with virtual / temporary teams, preferably in a political or complex organisation as well as indepth project experience in delivering Business Technology programmes for DevOps, Security, and Cloud migration.

You will have strong familiarity with project management software and proven track record of effective qualitative and quantitative judgement and decision making, and timely and accurate executor of all initiatives.

You will have demonstrated strong ability to manage, lead and motivate indirect reporting teams and to work collaboratively with peers and understand the principles of project change management and user behaviour change management
