Such traits come with the territory here where regardless of role, rank or region, we’re a team who love what we do. **Events Coordinator, Part Time (30 hours) - Permanent, Northland** **The Role**: We are looking for an events, administration and customer service superstar to support our Northland team This role is to ensure the effective and efficient provision of support to regional staff including support for events and co-ordination of overall office administrative/support requirements for the regional office in Whangarei. **Key Responsibilities**: - Team Support - Relationship Management - Planning - Communication - Event Coordination - Regional Marketing - Office administration support - Office Management - Supplier Management **About You**: You will be a go-to person that relates well with all kinds of people, solution focussed you will be able to make great decisions under tight deadlines and have exceptional administration experience and an understanding of event coordination. Self-sufficient and self-motivated with an eye for detail and accuracy that is at a high standard. You will have 3-5 years office administration experience with a high level of computer literacy including data entry and database management. A tertiary qualification and knowledge of New Zealand Dairy Industry isn’t essential but would be a bonus If you want to be part of a high achieving team and you can "think outside the box" then this is the role for you
