As a Duty Manager, your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis and report directly to your Venue Manager. We boast a growing family, an ever evolving whanau of like minded people who all strive each day to look after our guests and each other. - $29.66-$30 per hour, based on your skills and experience_
- This is a full-time position with a minimum expected week of 30 hours per week._
- Due to the nature of hospitality, we are a 7-day business, shifts will vary from morning to night and days will vary._
We are looking for Duty Managers who can hit the ground running, lead an energetic team and smash our customers' expectations out of the park. For this role, you will champion delivering a consistently great service, be a team player, maintain composure in a busy environment while successfully multi-tasking the delivery of customer expectations, training and development of your new team as well as be able to drive and grow the business.
- Has previous experience running shifts in a busy venue (3 years hospitality experience)
- Is a motivated, passionate, friendly and reliable person
- Is open to learning and developing their skills
- Enjoys a good yarn and engaging with customers
- Has great leadership and communication skills
- Has excellent food and beverage knowledge
- For compliance purposes, has a valid LCQ and Duty Managers license
