We are looking for a part time Duty Manager to oversea a couple of evening shifts on the bar. It would be a couple of shifts a week to start with but we would be looking for someone to take over the shifts of the other Duty Manager when they leave so it would end up being a full time job.

The Responsibilities of the role would include but are not limited to.

Running the shift ensuring that all staff are on task and that the expectations of the General Manager are being meet.

Providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

Ensuring the business is in compliance with the alcohol act while on shift.

Preforming regular duties such as bar work, floor work & barista work throughout the shift.

Good communication skills able to work in a team with the morning duty managers and the general manager to ensure a good environment for the staff to work in whilst still maintaining a certain quality of performance.

Ideally we are looking for someone with the drive to do more, someone who wants to learn and take on more tasks as they come up.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
