Entain Australia and New Zealand are looking for an Executive Producer to join our team at SENZ; the hub of sports radio and online content. Great radio, and engaging online content, starts with good planning and creative ideas. Our Executive Producers at SENZ drive this process for our key shows, including Breakfast, Mornings, Afternoons and Drive. Working with your host, you'll be well versed in identifying what's important to Kiwi sports fans, and making it happen by booking the big interviews, or designing clever segments to get your host/s talking about it.

As an Executive Producer, you are motivated to get the best out of your host. You know the triggers and tricks to get your host engaged and enthusiastic, and broadcasting the best version of themselves, delivering a high quality show. You're also well aware of what's going on in the background to make it all happen. You're eagerly aware of the commercial obligations of radio and online content, and able to accurately and consistently deliver in-show advertiser integration. You're also extremely skilled with the technology required to drive world class radio and online content.

**Where and how you can work...**

We have offices in Auckland, Wellington, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. This role will be based in our Parnell office in Auckland. While there may be the occasional opportunity to work remotely, this type is role is mostly based in the studio.

**Your day-to-day...**
- Take ownership of the show on all aspects, both on and off the air: from Talent, to sound, to studios, and digital.
- Understand and adhere to radio compliance and media law requirements.
- Generate content ideas and initiatives on and off the air, driving the Host to deliver engaging and agenda setting content.
- PRE SHOW: Collaborate with talent and contributors, understand client requirements, research and confirm guests, organise run-down, plan audience interaction, liaise with News & Digital, cut audio, record live reads in the logs, future planning.
- IN SHOW: Deliver client and prize commitments, coach and encourage talent, monitor on-air radio and social media including the App, discard material which could breach broadcasting standards.
- POST SHOW: Create run sheet with accurate audio/video and credit timing/promos/best-of's, share content with producers and external contacts, liaise with Technical services and register issues, save every number you get

**You're a match if you ideally have...**
- A University qualification (or equivalent experience) in a journalism and/or communications field.
- Solid experience in panelling, radio automation systems (Zetta), audio editing (Cool Edit/Audition/Audacity), Phonebox (Bionic Studio).
- Sporting knowledge, and in particular Rugby, Cricket, NRL and Racing, including a strong contact book relevant to the industry.
- Understanding of what matters to Kiwi sports fans and drive to keep abreast of the latest relevant sporting news.
- A creative drive paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Writing, videography and graphic design skills would be a bonus, for the ability to help with show promotion.
