Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
This is an exciting new designated senior nurse/allied health role that joins the TrendCare and Informatics nursing team and provides onsite operational coordination of people and processes to maintain the CCDM programme across Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty.
Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty has fully implemented CCDM however requires this role to work alongside key staffing groups to monitor and advise using the tools and processes from the Care Capacity Demand Management Programme.
The role works in partnership with Te Pare ō Toi to deliver transparent co-ordination of CCDM tools and data that reflects utilisation of te Tiriti of Waitangi and equity gains for Māori.
He Korero mōu - About You
You will require broad clinical experience, with hands-on experience with the tools of CCDM. You must have a keen interest in how CCDM contributes to safer staffing and safer patient care.
