Your Opportunity

We are looking for an awesome Service Support person to join our Dunedin Branch.

The role is primarily to support and liaise with our internal/external customers. Investigating service issues and supplying operational information to resolve customer enquiries in a timely, effective and professional manner.

You will develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships, becoming involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service.

The key areas of focus are:
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.- Respond to all customer queries and notify service delays.- Accurately communicating all relevant service information to manage customer expectation of service delivery- Ensure accurate data entry- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner

You will be working with a manager who is committed to you and your growth within the company. Your learning and development is a priority to us.
