**Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role**
Support the project lifecycle within the learning team through analysing new and existing learning needs, designing and developing training resources for both our firefighters and our non-operational staff. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts, you will contribute to the creation of learning outcomes, the design of learning strategies and the development of high quality learning resources. You will be responsible for the creation of both face to face and online learning resources, providing quality assurance to your peers, and contributing to the development of processes and procedures to maximise the efficiencies of the team.
**Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you’ll bring to the role**:
This is a dynamic and varied role with a range of learning opportunities. Bring your experience with course design and a deep curiosity. You will be open to collaboration and comfortable with acting on feedback based on unique needs.
**To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will have**:
- A background in adult education
- A formal qualification in education or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of excellent stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
**It would be an advantage to have**
- Experience using articulate 360
- Strong experience using Adobe Creative suite
- Prior experience creating online or blended learning
