We're looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to join this Financial Service provider. The role part-time, 20 hours per week, being part of a team of passionate specialists, reporting to a fantastic supportive Compliance Manager with great industry experience.
Based in the heart of Auckland CBD, your role is to ensure the business meets its FMA compliance obligations, while providing customer centric solutions for the front-line teams to provide best in class services to their customers.
**To be successful you'll need**:
- Up to date knowledge of FMA regulations to provide expertise and advice to the business on all things regulatory compliance related
- Experienced in 1st or 2nd line defense (ideally 2nd line)
- Experienced in carrying out QA and control testing (essential)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills to drive positive changes internally to lift the awareness and compliance with control measures in place
