Ideally you will have a background working in a highly regulated and compliance driven industry. You will work with the best minds across several teams including Innovation & Technology, Internal Risk, as well as those lovely Auditors.

This position is responsible for reducing risks by ensuring systems are compliant with regulatory obligations, providing leadership on how to optimize operational delivery and the running of efficient compliant processes.

Your key areas of responsibility will be focused on technical compliance, design, and implementation.

You will be technically strong with proven skills in IT system design with compliance in mind. Additionally, you will have broad skills in technology and understand operating systems, platforms, monitoring and networking.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks (W/LA.SCS. PCI. 1SO 27001. ITGC. NZISM)
- Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedure
- Skilled in business operations or project management
- Experienced leader
- Great project/programme management experience
- Solid technical knowledge and understanding of product/process design
- Exposure to internal/external audit and compliance activities
- Problem, solving abilities are essential
- 3 years experience in a similar role
