An exciting opportunity has become available to join our passionate and multidisciplinary team at the Library in Te Whatu Ora Lakes, working as a Reference and Liaison Librarian.

About the role
- Contribute to general library operations, support collection development, provide a reference service, promote library services and an excellent customer service
- This is a 0.8FTE permanent position
- Working over 5 days with the possibility of some flexibility

About you

You should have
- A Bachelor degree and/or library qualification
- Marketing and promotional skills
- Clean driver’s licence

You are
- Familiar with library management systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate effectively with customers from a diverse range of backgrounds

Salary range
$62,117-$76,133 pro-rated to hours worked.

To be eligible to work at Te Whatu Ora Lakes, you must be fully vaccinated, including COVID-19.
