**Experience required**:

- Strong Retail Management experience
- Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with all staff
- Forward thinking, dynamic attitude - able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance
- Collaborating with Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover
- A natural ability to build rapport with any customer
- The motivation and enthusiasm to join an exciting and growing business
- Merchandising

Tuesday-Saturday, but there is flexibility for the right person to become part of our team.
