They pride themselves on collaboration and team culture, including team lunches and the daily Stuff quiz. **Your new role** Working within the Engagement and Communications team This role will develop, implement and coordinate the organisation's internal communications plan which will focus on driving clear, consistent and tailored communications across the organisation using a variety of channels and tools. With big projects in the industry on the horizon, this is a vital role within the organisation that will suit someone who is ready to hit the ground running. **What you'll need to succeed** This role will suit an internal communications advisor that is a self starter and is willing to take ownership of the projects and run with it. Other attributes that would be beneficial are: - Excellent oral and written skills. - Editing and proofing skills. - Knowledge of how to effectively engage with staff at all levels of an organisation. - Skilled in building relationships and naturally collaborative. - Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to shift easily between providing strategic advice and getting things done. **What you'll get in return** You'll be working for an organisation that knows how to invest in their people.
