**Our Opportunity**:
Due to ongoing growth and innovation across our Inshore operations we are looking for an Coolstore & Freezer Operator to join our busy factory based in Mt Wellington.

The primary purpose of the** Coolstore & Freezer Operator**role is to ensure the efficient receipt of product (wetfish) from operations to load out; chilled and frozen product.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Load out of chilled and frozen product in and out of the factory
- To receive and process third party frozen product
- Daily Bell Ave Cold Store daily operation
- Work within the Cold Store to receive and store bulk packaging.
- Ensure product quality is maintained throughout the fish reception process and from the blast freezers, during cold storage through to final load out.
- To maintain the yard parking area and back pad in a clean and tidy manner.
- Comply with any MAF and NZFSA regulations.

**This is a team-based operations, so you need to enjoy working with others, be able to take instructions and follow process, whilst supporting your colleagues and ensuring that every day, you are meeting targets, working to a high level of productivity and keeping each other safe.

It requires every one of our people to be committed to achieving this high standard, adhering to all health & safety requirements, and aligning behaviour, performance and engagement to our values and code of conduct.

**What You Will Bring**:
You will need reach truck and inwards good experience within a fresh foods/FMCG and/or manufacturing environment. Coolstore experience is advantageous but not essential.

As a team player, with a strong work ethic, you will be hard working and reliable. Honest and committed to your job you will enjoy learning new skills, working with good people and following processes.

You must be eligible to work in NZ, capable of working in cold environments and physically fit and able to lift fish bins up to 20-25 kg.

Fit and healthy, you will need to pass a pre-employment medical, and drug & alcohol test,
