Te Whānau o Waipareira is one of the largest non-government organisations in Aotearoa, having served the West Auckland community for over 30 years. **Welcome To Wai-Atamai.**

Wai-Atamai is a multidisciplinary backbone team, responsible for accelerating social change amongst whānau Māori. The team is currently on the lookout for a dynamic Business Coordinator to ly support our Change & Development Lead with mahi across the Te Pae Herenga o Tāmaki (TPHoT) collective. You will provide assistance with administrative duties, business requirements, workforce development, and key projects as required. A people-person, you will build robust connections throughout the collective, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders. Your ability to operate in a fast-paced, fluid setting will be pivotal to this role.

This vacancy is strictly based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Remote work may be available at the discretion of your lead.

**Your Skills & Experience.**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a coordination role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and ICT-based communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Te Reo Māori & excellent Tikanga Māori skills.
- Commitment to a “by Māori, for Māori” approach to social innovation.
- Capable of operating proactively in a dynamic work environment.
