Position: Branch Manager Location: Highbrook, Auckland Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the Highbrook branch.
- Lead, train, and develop a team to excel in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and safety.
- Foster a positive, engaging work environment.
- Building and Maintaining Customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in management, Knowledge in the transport or tyre industry would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven approach.
